Do's and Don'ts on the first date

On March 23, we have discussed about relationship related matters. In my group, we have a brainstorming with regard to the question Do's and Don'ts on the first date. There were lots of things to do or not to do in aspect of men and women.
In our group, questions are about clothes, paying, places, make-ups, restaurant, food, etc.
I personally think that is solely depending on situation and who's going to be set you up with. In this video, however, they categorize best behaviors on each side of genders and Do's & Don'ts. Also, they mention universal mistake happened on the first date. Watch it before going on a date.
First impression is lasting impression.

6) Compliment on her (or him)
7) Soul searching for long-term relationship
8) Do bring small gift(Not fancy)
9) Eye contact (Not too much) Could be smothered
10) Being who you are

Don'ts

Learning new languages is not a big deal..?

Benny Lewis - Fluent in Three Months Rapid Language Hacking

 1. Why is it interesting?

As for students of BUFS, I think that it is really important to learn new languages not only for major. Students are yearning for new languages. However, I found some people around me are seriously struggling with getting it. In this video, there are several reasons why we are not able to learn it quickly and effectively. I am not a linguist though, I was just looking for some useful video that will have a beneficial influence on learning new languages. Think myself, this is impressive and feasible.

2. Learning Point

The interesting thing in this video is we have a lot of opportunity to do the follow-suit in University. There are many students who are from different countries.
First, Benny(speaker) is emphasizing on speaking it regardless of grammar because grammar might be playing as a barrier to speak. He tried to study Spanish while living in Spain. He studied hard, read a book, and took a class but it didn't work well. Then, he decided to speak it. After couple of months, he could speak Spanish fluently. He thought himself that he was not born with language gene, talented and had a bad memory. Moreover, he heard of people saying 14 years is the cut-off to learn new languages. Nevertheless, things were turned around. By the time he learned how to speak, he studied grammar. It was more interesting and really easy to understand why they(native speaker) speak in the way grammatically.
The most crucial thing in learning new languages is speaking and repeat it until it stuck in your mind.

Do not put yourself into grammar box. Put it aside. Otherwise, you cannot speak freely.
Think languages are just tool of communication.
Ignore excuses
Do it, Speak it, Stock it

Pharrell Williams - Happy (Official Music Video)

One of my favorite musicians, Pharrell Williams
 brilliant producer, musician, fashion designer.
I ,first, started listening to his music was his initial solo album which was come out in 2005, In My Mind. I was crazy over that album so it was played day-in and day-out not for weeks, but months. Apparently, his music has a super natural power itself because whenever I listen to it, I feel so great. It is like hot air balloon that could go to space, in deed literally. Also, I found out that there is a video taken by Filipinos on YouTube after they underwent typhoon(Haiyan), swept across Philippines, in 2014. They wanted to get over the difficulties by playing "Happy". Happiness is infectious.

Listen to it and get happy virus.
What makes you think this song has got a Grammy Award and nominated at lots of Awards...?

[Verse 1]
It might seem crazy what I'm 'bout to say
Sunshine she's here, you can take a break
I'm a hot air balloon that could go to space
With the air, like I don't care, baby, by the way

[Hook]
(Because I'm happy)
Clap along if you feel like a room without a roof
(Because I'm happy)
Clap along if you feel like happiness is the truth
(Because I'm happy)
Clap along if you know what happiness is to you
(Because I'm happy)
Clap along if you feel like that's what you wanna do

[Verse 2]
Here come bad news, talking this and that (Yeah!)
Well, give me all you got, don't hold it back (Yeah!)
Well, I should probably warn ya, I'll be just fine (Yeah!)
No offense to you, don’t waste your time, here's why...

[Hook]

[Bridge] (x2)
Bring me down
Can't nothing bring me down
My level's too high to bring me down
Can't nothing bring me down, I said...
[Hook x2 + Bridge + Hook x2]
